Issue i have is it randomly turns off nd only way to turn the mouse off is flicking the switch off, idk if its bc its updating or what but it does it often and its fkn annoying bc i be in the middle of a game and it just turns off for no reason takes long ass time to turn back on i usually just get off the game when it happens

I think the problem was the Razer Synapse online registration because if you use the mouse in another hardware it may cause error in the razer server that's why it is bugging out. Razer must change that thing

Hopefully you all see this, but i know exactly why this happens, its because of the dongle, most of the time this happens because the dongles broke. The mouse should work in wired mode though, and razer support should be able to give you a free dongle if you contact them.

I think you're right Coz I tried both of my USB ports and the issue persists I have a shitty spare wireless I'm using rn but the point is it's not bugging like the razer basilisk was Sadly I'm out of warranty as I got the mouse like 3 years ago But I should be able to buy the specific dongle Highly appreciate the advice

2022 UPDATE: If this does not work then that may mean a few things. 1. You need to have your USB transmitor closer to your mouse(if bluetooth move mouse closer to pc) 2. Try to clean optical sensor on bottom of mouse.

I am having difficulty following OP. I already have Device Manager USB excluded from power saving. Still my Razer Atheris works badly. It would be OK for a period of time, then without warning, the blue light starts flashing and Atheris stops accepting movement and clicks. So his advise does not work in my case. Battery could be full, half , low. Problem persists regardless of battery charge.
