I think he won based off having a strong 12th round.... Canelo to me has always been more skilled than crawford. And then you add on the fact that canelo has been in the ring with better competition and bigger guys. Crawford will have to put on a masterclass outside boxing performance to beat canelo.

Its business, at this point in his career . Canelo is a business man. He did everything in boxing. He is already the greatest mexican fighter. So he feels he has nothing else to prove he reached his childhood goal. So just like Floyd Mayweather and athletes and different businesses he capitalizing and gettin as much as he can to provide for his family and future grandchildren. Crawford is a mega money fight. Its just good business. It would be dumb for him to get paid the same he been gettin paid for his other fights.
