Sounds to me like you've discovered Goldratt's Theory of Constraints. I hope you have better luck getting it mainstreamed than the original. Looking forward to reading the book.

Dan Heath is one of the few writers whose books actually include useful, applicable advice. Great video, great lesson, and I'm looking forward to reading RESET when it comes out.
