Although i agree the first moon landing is fake. Rockets dont need to push against anything to move forward. The displacement of mass(fuel) from front to back creates inertia. Thats why they can use high pressure air to correct satellites in orbit. Moving mass from one place to another can move an object in space.

Also to leave earths orbit the object need to be traveling a great speed. Once zero gravity is hit that speed continues with almost zero resistance. So the velocity is preserved once the atmosphere is exited. Coming back would be a little easier because the moon has almost no atmosphere. To reach the right velocity would be rather easy with enough compressed gas. The atmosphere of earth would then slow the speed of the object.
