Hip adduction was inadequately demonstrated. He should raise a straight leg medially and cross it over the other one to properly activate the hip adductors. All he did was a passive return from hip abduction.

Mam, I started this practice at the age of 25. Daily 27 counts in the morning after bath as per one of my senior's advice at office. Now i at the age of 55 still continuing and realise good health.
