That’s not turf toe.Turf toe, also called a metatarsophalangeal joint sprain, occurs when the ligament underneath your big toe hyperextends. This causes a sprain in the main joint of your big toe

will this tape help me to not hurt my shoulder?, i have a torn deltoid muscle. several injuries began age 8 reaching can be very uncomfortable to painful. i want to have wrist bands, corded to biceps band. a surgeon gave me a 60% outcome to be same if not worse, with 40% a bit better use but moths of thrpy.

Will this help my 17 year old high school wrestlers? He had a partial grade 2 LCL tear on upper side. It not detach from bone so Dr said no surgery. He was off from wrestling for 3 months. He just started to drill and wrestle live last week. He tweeked it a little bit on second day but was fine and kept going to practice. Yesterday he was wrestling college wrestler and his knee was getting yanked and tweeked so he stop wrestling cause it was aching/hurting on the side and a little bit on the back on the same side of LCL..He said it felt tender. Do you think he is returning too early to wrestle live, does he probably needs another MRI to see if is healing properly? Dr even gave him a Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injection to speed up healing. He has fool extension and can bend it normally. He can squat, rdl, deadlifts with no problem. Is just when it gets bend lateral that it hurts him..do u think he should do physical therapy to get it stronger and maybe just do drills amdstead of wreatling live? Sorry for all the question..

He should take a year off of sports and do strengthening exercises for his knee I have the same problem as him and I do football baseball and wrestling

It helps a lot if you ise the right technique... Many people mistake by just watching some random videos of applying tapes.What they dont realize is before applying the tape they access the patient and apply the tape according to the muscle they wanna activate which helps to prevent unnecessary movement which can damage your healing process, reduces pain and provides stability to the muscle in and around your joints. You can think of it as a brace like how it reduces pain, helps you for your activity, helps you prevent unnecessary movement except that in this case they make sure they activate the right muscles too so that during the healing process you don't end up having pain later becuase of the muscle you used and compensated for the injured one.
