How long have you been diagnosed and what do you take for it I take sinemet 25/100 4times a day and have bad jaw clenching and anxiety and depression and tremors

Hi Hilary, My wife is young and is very similar to you. I would love to know who this doctor is because he sounds amazing!!! Could you please share his name because my wife is very interested in knowing who he is. She is a doctor herself and has seen several that have not been any help at all.

Take care. I have PD and my best thing is exercise daily. I try my best to bicycle 30 minutes every day. It's not easy but it makes me feel much better. Before PD I had stop exercising. Now I do and feel good about it. I still shake every day though. I just wanted to share this. Thank you.
