Windshield wiper comes on when truck starts, can't turn it off. I bought the part and ready to go...BUT, my daughter explains "its a Jeep thing". Disconnect the battery TOTALLY, and connect the cables together overnight. Hooked it up this morning, and VIOLA! She was right. Now the back wiper works as well! "IT'S A JEEP THING!" (Autozone will take part back)

By chance would the same instructions apply to a 2020 JLU? I can’t find any walkthroughs for that one

I prefer to avoid the fuse box work because the fuse box is located in the front, and the new socket I'm looking to place will be next to the rear seat. 10 inch from the old socket charger

I found a hose dangling from my rear axle in my 1999 Jeep Wrangler. Anybody can help with if that's a brake thing or a breather hose of some sort. It's very small in diameter less than 5/16

My 2008 civic blows cold air for the first 20 minutes of my drive and then hot air. Occasionally it will turn back cold for a few minutes. The next day same thing. I just had a leak in the lower valve fixed and mechanics were stumped that this was still happening or that was what they told me at least. Could it be this part?

I seem to have an issue when I turn on the battery but not the engine it works but when I turn the ignition to start the engine it doesn’t turn on?

I know this video is old, but I have to chime in. In 1986 I was 16 and I bought a 10 year old 1976 Buick Skylark off my brother who had it for a few years before he went into the navy. Long story short, by the time I was a senior in highschool in 1988, I added all chrome wheels, peeled the vinyl roof off, had it repainted silver, the 231 v6 died and we had a small block 350 Chevy motor put into it. I use to light up the intersection will CLOUDS of smoke from the tires. GOOD TIMES!!!

Thanks for the video, help me replace the same part on my 2011 Civic. It's also a good idea to test the new part before mounting it, it also allows you to set the new part in the same position the broken part is stuck in for easier alignment. I would also add to the video all the cursing and fowl language required to get those screws in and out of that tight space. Otherwise a successful part replacement.

Thanks for the vid. I have a 2010 exl 2 door coupe. I have modded a lot of it so far and for now im interested in adding a starlight headliner. I had already fabric spray painted my entire interior including the headliner black. Except a coworker once got in my car with some tree loppers on his shoulder and sliced my headliner so I'm gonna try and just buy some black fabric and fix it myself then add the starlight mod.

I took it from a landfill with the same problem for free, untwisted and replaced one plastic element with a spring. Usually you knock out the top position. Therefore, you need to take from a non-working plastic element with a spring from the lower position. When assembling, the switch should be in the "lights off" position. The slider on the board should also be in the off position.

Keep draglink and track bar as close angle as possible, dont forget upper control arm bushings axle side

little trick i do for pushing out track bar bushing, go around the side the pushes thru with metal file n they will pop out easy with big hammer

Hey everyone! You don't need to take your wheels off for this! I was able to get the job done by climbing underneath my Jeep with a flashlight, needle nose pliers, and a brake spoon. It's a tight job with limited visibility but is entirely possible to do without lifting the vehicle. Just be careful not to overtighten, as you won't be able to do the drag test on the rotors using this method.

Did you re-use the bump stop that was inside the front strut spring or did you remove it and not use it?

This worked great on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport. The light is a key symbol in the top left corner of the gauge cluster. I used two different keys that were already registered. Then the new one.

My traction control light is on a jeep is running sluggish. Reading that it could be these sensors, or camshaft sensor OR and module OR pcm. Lol. Gonna start with these and the camshaft sensor.

Currently doing this job. Removing the toe bolt on my drums was a nightmare. 3 hours of hammering + 2 hours of cutting later and the assembly finally came out 🥲

@13:14 Most videos I've seen use this press set wrong. The plate with the groove in it goes the other way round. So that it only pushes on the outer race when pressing the bearing in. It's possible to damage your new bearing doing it as shown in this video. Pushing on the inner race should only be done when installing the hub.

I use 10mm pliers to remove the negative terminal.
