TFD is pretty fun. It reminds me of early Warframe too. You have not seen the last of Greg the Star-Crossed and you eventually get to build an Ultimate Weapon with his fire rain power called Greg's Reversed Fate. The story is sparsely spread over the map zones you unlock but I liked it. The seasonal content adds world and character stories with plans to add more. The Guide is easy on the eyes and ears which is good because you will be working with her a lot.

I played the game for the first time a couple weeks after release. I played for maybe 3-6 hours and dropped it and pick it back up after 8 years and dropped 400 hours+. I love the game and the grind because it rewards you for everything you do.

Just wait till you discover the majesty that is Sevagoth Prime, best warframe prime design hands down Also bit of advice for new players to hopefully help you avoid the pitfalls I fell into: when the game gives you the opportunity to build the Voidrig and the Railjack, please do it. Don't write them off as unimportant, they are a bit tedious to make but they are required for a late game quest and oh my god trust me you do not want to miss out on that quest. Warframe is pretty solid throughout it's entirety, but its around the time you play that quest that the game goes from something I'd recommend as a fun casual time killer to a game I'd recommend because the narrative is just amazing in a way I feel a lot of games just dont match up to.
