MAJOR UPDATE! UNBELIEVABLE... CPS DIRTY TACTICS, SUTTER COUNTY CA, TAKE NOTE: Someone in the court system WHO has access to sensitive files has taken pages from an original report and replaced them with falsified fraudulant info. Why? To persuade the opinion of the new judge on the case. OF COURSE. THIS IS CRIMINAL. NOW... THE QUESTION IS... who, without supervision, has access to court records and is given enough time to switch out ACTUAL pages, with FALSIFIED pages? 1) JUDGES 2) ??? 3)???

WoW This case has become a juvenile, school girl, vindictive tit for tat on behalf of CPS and source aka potential foster parent(s). I've just learned that the infant's mother has been blocked from the child's current medical records. Why? The infants mother, who still has parental rights, announced in court that she has the child's complete hospital records that disprove the child is in good care of the "source guardian." I won't elaborate ALL that has gone wrong, but it's worthy of scrutiny. The problem with CPS/source parent blocking the parent from access to current medical records is that the biologic parent has not lost parenting rights. The source parent is an interrum position only. Also, the physician now in care of the child was paid by the biologic parents for a medical procedure, and their medical insurance is still being billed. This gives them rights to records. Another point... Blocking a parent who still maintains parental rights to a child, from medical records, is ABSOLUTELY A HIPPA VIOLATION. It is also an infringement of civil rights. I stand in wonderment about what it is that CPS / "source parents" are hiding. The criminal kidnapping network WITHIN CPS would do themselves a favor to quit treating this case like a tug of war with a dolly. This is a serious case and those involved in the unjust confiscation of this child, the editing of documents, record blocking, and more, are amateurs at their game. They have a professional records analyst and the child's mother, also a records analyst with pinpoint accuracy and the fight of a wolverine allover them. In other words, the perpetrators are under a microscope bigger than they can imagine, and it would serve them well to behave and practice proper conduct. Clearly, they are digging a deeper hole to bury themselves in with every idiot move they make. Stay tuned.

Wolf packs of Shasta. It appears there was one prominent wolf pack in the area, but are noted to have "dissappeared." Although there is a possibility they have joined another pack, perhaps the nearby Lassen pack. With tjat said, in northern California we now have tjre known wolf packs; the Lassen, Beckworth and Whaleback packs.
