This song is amazing.

I spent that past 2 hours searching for this song that I haven't heard in years. I knew what it sounded like and could hum it. I could hear it in my head but couldn't remember the "Distant Memories" part. I remember it was on the "This is what I call Minimal 80s" mix that was taken down on You Tube. I found a few other songs (Tres-Operator and Shanghai Au Go Go-Talk back) that was on that playlist. After a long search I thought "EUREKA! DISTANT MEMORIES!" I almost gave up searching but am ELATED to be reunited with this awesome song! This song was once a distant memory and is now a current memory! Thank you for posting it!
