Hate the water feature….looks like a drainage ditch. This is an eyesore. Love the long driveway. The home needs some updating, though. Why are there no lights around the tennis courts? Is there a direct beach access? How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?

Hi Lynette, the tennis court has lights that come from the guest house in order to light up the court! Also there is direct beach access. There is a path that goes from the back yard down the hill to the beach. This is a 5 bedroom 8 bathroom property

I know it's been sold but is this house really 6,000+ Sqft? And it is stated as having 5 bedrooms but I'm pretty sure 2 have never been shown?

Yes the sqft is accurate. It's been quoted by various sources. However during the due diligence process of buying a home a buyer always has the right to run inspections through a property to hear from their own source what the sqft is.. For your bedrooms question, sometimes staging designers choose to higlight a room as something else other than a bedroom even though it technically is one. What constitutes a room as a bedroom according to law is that it has a closet.

The location is great and it looks like the vacant lot next door is being developed and the new home there won't block too much of the west-facing view of this house. I too have had my eye on this property since it was first listed. It's been a long road but the sale of my company will make a home like this possible in the near future.

This house layout is breathtaking. It has everything. If there was one thing I would change is that the furnishings and finishes were too traditional for my taste (but that’s just a matter of preference I guess). I would have loved a more detailed tour, went through the house too quickly.

I want to think I saw this house listed last year for about 11 or 12 million dollars now it’s about 19 million. And the house was built in 2021, so I know there wasn’t any upgrades to it.
