Basically, mother (and father) at any time can .Step1- write up Affidavit of Rescission, get it notarized. the reason for rescission is 'Constructive Fraud'. Send this off by Registered mail, by notary presentment, to Secretary of State (of State where BC registered). Wait 30 days for non-response, sign and notarize Affidavit of 'Certificate of Non-Response'. Take these docs to county recorders office, pay for 'Miscilaneous Filing' of 1 document(all together as one). Pay to have certified copy of what you just filed. BOOM. CPS, and the Court have lost control - you just killed the original contract that gave them jurisdiction in the first place. I had to learn this the hard way, that Special Appearance, and 'Expression of Trust' and being a state national mean NOTHING to CPS nor Courts.. you must kill the BC contract. Save a child - Rescind their Certification of Live Birth (CoLB)

Give the IRS form W8 BEN to your employer. Write on that form that you are not a US citizen and that you do not live in the United States. Now, you just naturalized out of the United States and have a sworn affidavit to prove it. 👍

A lot of this can be verified just by looking at your mail. Your name written on bills are all capitalized. Your name on advertisements and offers are upper and lower case letters. I never noticed that until starting the course.
