As a graduate, I'm sad to see this place is now gone forever. Covid pretty much devastated the restaurant industry and any training programs that were around. The pain and loss are immeasurable.

Where's the gloves?
@caimanj5119 Жыл бұрын
Most restaurants don’t use gloves because it’s more efficient just washing your hands

@@caimanj5119 So, walking back and forth to the handwashing sink is more efficient than wearing gloves and swapping them out as needed? Notsomuch. And as for "most", where's that data? Nevermind.

I remember that if he caught you having too much fun he would give you the “no smile” hand gesture. He would put his thumb and pointer finger together in front of his lips and then pull his fingers apart as of to straighten your smile. It worked every time. And don’t even think of whistling!!! He had an amazing sense of humor, intelligence, and wit that you don’t find very often. I know the lord will sure appreciate him and give him all the fresh and rare ingredients he can use in heavens kitchen. Thank You Chef Daniel Brophy! Rest In Peace.

Good to see you Chef Brian! You are an amazing person! I can’t believe all the drama. So sad for chef Brophy. Remember how there wasn’t smiling allowed in his class. He was hilarious and very serious. I liked him a lot. I hope you’re doing well. We’ll have an egg cracking contest again someday. 👨🍳
