Property are getting expensive in Portugal. Can’t find anything that’s in good condition for 200k euros. My husband and I have to return for a second trip to explore as Portugal is such a beautiful country. People are so friendly. There’s no more golden visa to invest in property

Such a great building with so much potential .. I would create something outside the box... Something that brings together the old and new , something that caters to the region of elvas , but with a modern city vibe... The sky is the limit.. Congrats guys

Photos in a contract are only valid in court of law if a legal office (Notário) aproves them and writes a specific amendment, otherwise they are worth ze🎉ro in a contract

I believe in your early days, I had seen one of your first YT videos but you had a different company name at that time! This was Pre-Covid, It was taken on a sunny day on a rooftop... I was attracted to how even then with a much simpler video you presented yourselves well and how honest and sincere you seemed in helping clients renovate existing "diamonds in the rough". Honestly, you both seemed too good to be true! Fast forward to 2023, I'm very happy to see that your character & integrity you had from the start shines through by closing deals, seeing the finish results, and retaining happy clients. Best to you both in 2024!

Feliz Natal David! Thank you for your kind words and support. MOL stands for “Made of Lisbon”. It was the name of the company when Rafael first started it. When we decided to partner we upgraded the name to better serve all of Portugal.

Yes, it is very English friendly, especially in the bigger cities. However, we do recommend learning the language as it’ll elevate your overall experience in the country.

Wow, so many beautiful details. It is a shame that so many buildings in Portugal have been allowed to decay. Good of you to have bought this one and give it the care it needs and deserves. It can become a really lovely building again.

Thanks again for introducing a new town, Odeceixe! Love it if you can tell us the draw and benefits in investing and/or living in Odeceixe? it's status as a destination? Nice plan and vision in opening up for more light! Does it need added insulation and weatherizing to prevent mold & mildew being so close to the coast? I'm impressed and ts amazing how you get a construction crew to work in all these various places! Is this hard to find help all over the place or do they commute/travel to your renovation locations? Thank you! LOVE your new music! Love your videos!
