I 💜 the part that ur sharing abt the vitamins u take though its kinda pricey i guess but its important to prioritized our health i used to take some vitamins like vit D,zinc,magnesium & calcium in one capsule its called calciumade. I also take vitamin C+colagen+zinc in 1capsule its a generic brand i bought in TGP bcoz it more cheaper other than branded vitamins & i 💛 to drink turmeric tea once in a while & other kind of tea like green tea its part of my daily routine plus workout to stay fit & healthy.
