Dear Amber Brown A no "music" wave exploration was the topic with my students when I danced during this video. Then it is voluntary to let it as it happened and with out music, movement explorations comes from within and the sound of waves and wind are also an infinite source of inspiration to me and a great support for movement :-) we often work with music in other moments during the workshops :-) best wishes

Unfortunately i'm living far away and can't be there but maybe once you will come to Sweden .. i'm interesting about 5 Rhythms and tried 5 Rhythms at home by my own with a friend the first time few months ago after i watched your video on KZbin...
