Because the effect can only be accomplished using the device you are selling , there is NO GOOD REASON to EXPOSE the working method on a public forum such as KZbin. (Hey, guess what? The kids who will be in your audience know how to use KZbin and search engines, probably better than you. Do you fool yourself that the kids will still be entertained after doing a quick search of KZbin to find out how it's done and sharing it with everyone within earshot? THINK. ) Simply perform the routine , so people who are interested know what they are getting , then give your website address where they can purchase the device. Enough said. Clowns have a bad enough reputation in today's world. Don't make it worse by exposing. (do your customers need a video tutorial to learn it after they buy the bag from you ? Ok, then just give them a PRIVATE KZbin link to watch your tutorial. )

I used soap&water splashing from sink and ended up burning my eyes. What a trip.

I agree! Now when people ask me what I charge, I say, "whatever you like to donate" I say DONATE because a tip to me sounds like a dollar. Don't even say a dollar per balloon. So if a sculpture uses three balloons, you'll get three dollars. Just say whatever you LIKE to DONATE. Now when twisting on the street, LOCATION is a big factor. Where's a good place to twist? Well first you want to have the right type of people. If you see a mother with a baby carriage, another kid walking along crying, well she's not going to stop and get a balloon. So you need to be at a place where there's a lot of families having a good time. Next you need to have a display. Two or three balloon sculptures that show you are talented. I like to make the Road Runner with six balloons, and a three flower bouque made with eight balloons. The weather is another factor Too cold or rainy people won't get a balloon, but if it's too hot, well they won't get one ether. Also if the family just arrived at the place and you ask them, "can I make a fancy balloon for this young man/lady?" ( that's what I always say when they walk by.) So if you're at a tourist attraction just across the street from the parking lot and a family walks by, why they're going to be bombarded with street vendors hawking their wears. Technically you are a vendor. But you are also an entertainer. So you need to be in the right place. That I can't help you with. There are too many factors involved. But one thing for sure, you don't want your location to be noisy; someone playing a trumpet or electric guitar. Ultemitly you want people to walk up to you and get a balloon. Others see you making things ,and they want to come over not just to get a sculpture, but to watch what you're making besides.

Nice tutorial video ! I do find the title to be a bit misleading, cause I thought it would be showing comedic juggling and hence be ''clown juggling'' vs a clown that juggles normally. Anywho, great tutorial none the less!

If I don't have a ninja head print, I use a loop for the head and twist another color on for a bandana. I then draw some eyes on the bandana.

oh I like your instruction method and I hadn't done the Venom before and it was requested by someone last night at my restaurant gig. I didn't know Sharpie has colors you can see on the black, what balloon brand do you use? It looks like Belatex...I love the simplicity of your designs and as you said great for line work...

I have used two different styles of the Spring Skunk and there is a difference in quality there is a $15 version and a $50 version (your prices may vary) the higher priced one works and looks much better. For beginners the lower priced one works just fine.
