Love love love this spread, Linda. The colors worked so well with your photos. I do like seeing your Cocoa Daisy kits in your PL album. I can get different perspectives and ideas from the other kits, even if I don't subscribe. I have a stash that I need to be using so seeing other kits is a great inspiration. Thank you, as always, for sharing with us.

I have never been much of a project life documenter, but you have motivated me to go back to 2018 & 2019 where I attempted monthly project life and finish them. Thanks for all of the videos. I get up every morning and watch scrapbooking or organizing videos with my coffee. It always makes me happy when you have a new one. :)

I am in process of reorganizing my embellishments, too. This video is helping define the process a lot. By the way, is ‘OLIVE’ a new typewriter or a vintage find. I’m looking for a typewriter to use in my craft room, too. I’m leaning toward getting a ‘new’ one, since I’ve had a couple of vintage ones and they don’t work well.
@LindaLovesCreating6 күн бұрын
Thank you! Olive is vintage, but was restored by a shop that does that with typewriters, rather than just found in an antique shop. I don't know a ton about it because it was a gift, but it's amazing. I really love the vintage feel and style. I had an electric typewriter to use in my craft room previously and while it was easier to use, it just doesn't look the same. But I totally get that finding a good vintage one can be hard.

This video was amazingly helpful & perfect since I was trying to organize my chipboard yesterday! Do you store your die cuts the same way? I'm struggling with how to store them- I love them but I don't have them easily accessible. Thanks again!
@LindaLovesCreating6 күн бұрын
Perfect timing! Ha. Yes, I do something similar for my die cuts and other loose embellishments. I have a video from when I first set that one up that might be helpful! I do think I need to a do refresh, though, so I will likely share more in the future. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y5yxgYenpLZ8aposi=BXZ2P49o0EtusxDs

Thank you for posting this video. I have already organized my products after I watched Ali's organizing video but I find that I spend too much time going thru trying to find what I want to use. By breaking down the categories further is going to help me.
@LindaLovesCreating6 күн бұрын
Yes! I think it's so important to organize your supplies based on how you create, which is different from everyone. It's been super helpful for me to watch videos + get ideas from multiple sources and then adjust them to fit my own needs.

Thank you! Ali actually drew them… they were a download in the Hello Story 3 classroom and I printed them out to use as a template for cutting out my letters. I’ve done that before with other fonts, it actually works really well!

You and your vlog were the best companion this afternoon while I updated my own planners and journal! ❤ I love the tip of transferring screenshots for common placing to a computer. I always do it from my phone then get frustrated when my screen times out over and over 😂
@LindaLovesCreating11 күн бұрын
Thank you, so happy you enjoyed! And I totally get that... I set my phone years ago so that it never times out, I use it too often for recipes, etc. But then you have to be careful that you turn it off when you're not using, or your battery will drain! For common placing I prefer from my computer because it's easier to organize the screenshots into folder rather than having them mixed in with all of my photos.
