False, technically, was considered a Celtic festival that celebrates the spiritual realm. They would wear costumes(animal skin) to hide from the evil ones that were too dangerous. Then, catholics, not Christians, consider the day as a day to worship the saiths, which still is considered against the teachings of Jesus. So no, we are not to celebrate a holiday that still carries its pagen orgins to this day. Does not mean that as christ followers, we can't go out and preach the gospel.
