Bringing out the inner melodies is the secret of this masterpiece and here superbly executed.

I am not gonna lie, I liked C-2 over the Lewitt's which is crazy cause i love Lewitts.
@modigaove10 ай бұрын
I'm old so my hearing isn't the best. They all sound pretty good to me:(. I do feel that the male voices are a little low with the C-2 but it's only a very slight difference. Now, the Lewitt mics are not in AIR mode in this recording and that might make a difference to you. I have another test where there is a low bass note in the background and there you can really hear a difference between mics in the low bass. The C-2 is not in that test though but you can compare the Lewitt 140 with the 440. So, placement is probably makes a big difference as well. I do listen with Senheisser HD 580 headphones.

Left hand melodies are emphasized beautifully, and as far as I can discern from a youtube video you your playing suits the room's acoustics! Bravo

Beautiful piece, you play well. I would play it a little slower at some parts to bring out a little more atmosphere.

How do you not have more subscribers ?? This is scandalous, sadly people seem to love the ‘this is my piano journey in 1 year’ sort of videos. I really do love the Etudes that Rachmaninov created, they seem to paint a picture in my head. Carry on the awesome playing 😊

Thanks. I don't know either. Here my son is playing a similar piece but in San Diego this time: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGOpkplvo7tsb9k If it's about Sweden, here he's practicing in Halland at my second cousin's house: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hWe4fWeDfJh5epY or in Uppsala at Vuxenskolan: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qqvEnZ6babaLn8k If it's music in general, here he's playing a Dvorak piece at the San Diego Central Library with the quintet he belongs to: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qoTQaaSKd9Fla5Y

Ah, he was in the audience and has sung this piece in the past at school. The Juvenalis are all high school folks from Stockholm. They were impressive.
