Hey Sai, in my opinion a gated community off campus is safe. Recently there have been some safety issues but they’re taken care of by the university

To have a point of contact at the university and increase my likelihood of getting an admit and a TA eventually. Building a relationship with professors is crucial if you want to work on research with them or get hired as a TA.

You can work without sponsorship for 3 years offered by OPT but you’re supposed to find a job within 90 days after graduating.

Yeah the job market is pretty down. How are you still staying on your student visa ? The eligibility for finding a job and finding a work permit is only 30+60 days. Vlogs are very cool btw I am Fall 2025 aspirant you vids are helpful

4 quarters with or without the project. You can also extend by 1 quarter to complete your project or thesis, if your advisor permits it.
