It's just myself and my vegan partner in my household and I am really tempted to get a vacuum sealer so that I can stock pile some meals rather than being stuck eating the same thing for 5 days when I decide to cook meat. I am only on the fence because we have a typical apartment fridge with a small upper freezer. Anyone have advice? Is it worth it? I am thinking of freezing single meal portions to microwave weeks after I make them.

🔥 I’m always caught up in the all or nothing mindset and I can never reach consistency. This advice seems really good.

You should be taking algae oil then. Fish get there omega 3's from the algae in the ocean, so why consume higher in the food chain and thus consuming more toxins, when you can go right to the source? Also your not paying for sentient life to be killed as well.

Your spine releases hgh. Its cuz you put strain on your body it reacts and releases chemicals throu your spine in response so you can grow bugger and be able to not get smashed by watever you was being carrying or being smashed by. Like when we get hurt our body reacts and releases chemicals to deal with the pain its the same for this

My wife’s knees really bother her on this movement. Her set up is great I make Sure to follow all your guidelines. She has had previous knee injuries that I’m sure contribute to see of the discomfort she feels right now and she has not strength trained consistently ever. She can only do Partial reps (probably about 75-80%of the full rep) without too much pain. Do you think we she gets stronger and more comfortable that knee pain will slowly go away??

Split squats are easier to target glutes than back squats, and RDLs are deadlifts
@PhysiqueDevelopment
@PhysiqueDevelopment 2 күн бұрын
both are great movements in general - but when talking about biasing glutes and being able to get the "most" out of it, movements like squats and deadlifts accumulate a lot of systemic fatigue which makes it difficult bias as much volume towards strictly glutes!

placing hands on knees = pressing the weight with the hands is a common myth among the social media influencer hacks on here. i put my hands on my knees because i don't like to grab the handles and the hands must go somewhere. BTW there's no way i'm pressing my knees to lift the weight as i press 720lbs with 6 sets of 25 reps.
@PhysiqueDevelopment
@PhysiqueDevelopment 2 күн бұрын
can understand that you aren't pressing the weight with your hands; however, pulling yourself into the seat ensures that your hips don't lift and rotate and take tension away from glutes

she's improperly grabbing the handles. if she wasn't wearing that baggy hoodie, you'd probably see her back raised off the back rest.

My testosterone was around 400 and i tried everything to raise it. Better sleep, better eating, working out 5 days a week, did some things to help lower my stress levels. None of it made a significant difference. Now im sitting between 1000 and 1100 every time i get it checked, the biggest help was taking testosterone. I know, hard to believe, but it works!! 😅

1. If you have good healthy shoulders, don’t waste your time and just do the traditional SP. 2. If you (like me) have suffered from front delt impingement, rotator cuff tears, or pain, the Arnold Press is a great workaround and an excellent option.

I got the prodigy rack and it's phenomenal. That said it does annoy me they use A LOT of stickers on their equipment and not Lazer cut or etch their logo into the equipment AND.... the knobs on their equipment are... cheap. For being a PREMO product... at least price-wise, you'd think for what you pay your equipment wouldn't be covered in stickers and the knobs/pop pins would be something a bit more robust than.... cheap plastic. Other than those nit picks.... it's the best purchase I made to date (I to am about to go ape shit on buying machines). It's just... between the rack and all the attachments/upgrades I've done to the rack I've probably spent about.... gulp... $9,000 on my rack. So yeah... for that fucking price I want something more than fucking stickers and cheap ass plastic knobs and pop pins, haha. As I mentioned... I too am about to go on a machine shopping spree. That said I'm not made of money like these guys and I'm looking more at Bolt Fitness Supply, Fettle Fitness, and Temple of Gainz products.... just figure I'd mention those brands if anyone actually reads this and they too want to build out their garage - there are "more affordable" brands out there. I mean I'm going to be spending about $10-15,000 on machines still with those brands on about 6-7 pieces. Again, for perspective... I've probably put close to $9000 towards my Prime rack alone which is including shipping costs. So to say prime is a tad expensive... it's an understatement, haha. That said - I don't regret it. Although it is annoying me that over the last year now..... EVERY manufacturer is coming out with functional trainers integrated into their racks. And... they might be a tad cheaper than the prime offering..... compared to the prime though - the prodigy rack IMO just does it better. In terms of just the layout/design of the machine compared to the Rogues and Rep Fitnesses of the world similar offerings. And honestly.... prime's rack isn't THAT much more expensive than Rep or Rogue's similar offerings. And even if it is cheaper.... Rep and Rogue (and others) don't come with dual 350 lb big boy stacks. That said. I do wish prime would've incorporated their voodoo black magic switchability from 2:1 to 4:1 weight ratio in their selectorized rack like they do on their plate loaded prodigy offering. I don't get why that function can't translate to the stack.... but then again I'm not even sure how the function even works. I also really wish there was some way to get the low row to be a 1:1 ratio. I mean it's off the adjustable pulley you do rows on.... so when I do rows I'm friggin rowing the whole stack at 350 lbs... but it only feels like 175 lbs with the 2:1 ratio on the adjustable cables. But... with combo machines you got to realize sacrifices will have to be made somewhere. I mean Rogue and Reps offerings of similar racks you have a 1:1 ratio on low row...... but you have to do them sitting on the ground. Not a big deal.... but fuck that, haha.
