Since the big game, no coach ever went for a tie. No coach wanted to be seen as accepting a tie.

Great show. It was great getting to know Jaddan Simmons. She is an impressive young lady and we're so fortunate to have her as a Spartan.

It’s not embarrassing that this show is sponsored by Sparrow Hospital. What is embarrassing is when the Sparrow Hospital advertisement touts the affiliation with U of M.

Funny they mention Tony Banks. He kind of reminds me of Chiles for a lot of reasons. I think Tony was from California as well and transferred.

The Chiles/Marsh duo reminds me of Smoker/Rogers. You’ve got a big solidly built QB with a rocket for an arm, who can run the ball effectively if needed, throwing to a relatively tall, athletic, and deceptively fast receiver. I get the feeling Marsh has a better head on his shoulders than Rogers, and as long as Chiles continues to develop (barring injury of course), this will be fun to watch.

@@sc100ott It's funny I don't think of Smoker as a runner, but they literally ran the option with Smoker and TJ Duckett. That was very weird.

How old is Will Tieman? I remember WIll back in the days I was in college and I'm old. He sounds good for his age. TIeman and Blaha are going to retire soon.

Big George. My neighbor when I was a boy, my friend as an adult, and my Confirmation Sponsor forever. A big man with a big heart and a great big contagious laugh. His Catholic faith never waivers and he's inspired me all my life. I'm proud to know him. He's hilarious to hang out with, too.

That Cotton Bowl win against Baylor was so gratifying....especially because Baylor acted like they had already won the game way earlier......just like little sister did during the 2021 match up. Love it. That's what you get for being a bunch of arrogant pr*cks.

Good to see M. K. again. I met her at QT in '01 when she was a physical fitness / DT instructor; very impressive in her early 40s then, I'd guess, banging out 3-mi runs with mostly male trainees 10-15 yrs her junior, while providing great instruction in strength training, etc. I still remember her rolling with a visiting DEA SA after hours, also into Jiu-Jitsu, who had more than a few pounds on her and me thinking, heck of a woman. She has to be retired now and wish her the best. (I didn't even know about the impressive MSU accolades.)
