I'll never forget; first time playing the mission I lost Thane. I thought him being an assassin would mean he could get to the door the fastest and get everyone in in time, but he wasn't fast enough :( He was my only causality too as I sent Mordin back with the crew thinking he could help with any injuries and his time in STG would be useful in trying to get them back to the ship undetected.

Its like when you land on the collector ship and see just how many humans theyve taken ( that you see not counting the ones changed into biomass already) the gravity of the situation just skyrockets. The piles of bodies make it even worser. Even more solo that some of those bodies are system alliance members. (Like did the council NOT at least know about military personnel being abducted?

This music was perfect when Shepard was pushing through wave after wave of enemy.
