This one went pretty quick, I think around 20-30 tires to get S+ rank (S+ rank grants you +10k points at the end) other songs tooks way more time and patience :D

Are you able to add customs songs in this game?

Yes, custom songs are available, If you on Steam you can use Steam workshop to add them, If you on Quest, check on Discord how to do it and for songs, when it comes to PS version don't have custom songs

I know what you mean, I was there when extreme was released, my only advice is to keep playing regardless of how much notes you miss or how many times you fail, you will get use to it overtime. Believe me or not despite having lot's of hours in game and all songs on S+, I still have problem with some patterns on extreme.

Lol. I have tried to get bronze on this level 9 song. Can't even get close and likely never will. I'm in my 50s and play this for the exercise. I just don't have the reflexes for this. It's fun though!

I only know you need to get at least 98% hit rate, tho I don't know much much % of hits must be perfect or good.

Tbh, I didn't change anything in the settings, I think default for Steam VR is 90 or some like that.
