This video raises some important questions about aging and longevity. What are the key factors that contribute to a long and healthy life? Is it genetics, lifestyle choices, or a combination of both? I'm looking forward to gaining some insights

Even if you do all these things you are still going to die and you don't when that day will be.

I can crush two apples one in either hand at the same time. Longevity runs in my family and in all my relative's families. Many of my relatives have lived past 100. My great grand mother lived to be 103 born in 1853 and my great grandfather lived to be 104 also born in 1853 both on my mother's side of the family.

Very informative video. I’m now 63 years old and it’s so true. If you rest you rust, I make time for walks cause I enjoy walking and some me time and plenty of rest. I sort of retired. I’m only working part time now and I absolutely love it. I’m not going to sit and watch TV all day. I have seen people do that and they were in bad health with a lot of aches and pains.

My 92-year-old friend asked me; Why are you in a gym pumping up your heart rate? You see he said, every human being is assigned a certain amount of heart beats by our creator, why would you want to increase them? I just laughed at him but then I began to wonder.

If there are no 80-year-old men in the family, age is not just numbers for over 70-year-olds. Hereditary factors play a greater role than is claimed. You can see it practically all around.

I hardly sleep at all, and this has been the case for more than 25 years. I take sleeping tablets, go to bed at the same time each night, but sleep deprivation is the worst thing that ever happened to me. I am in my 70s, but I feel this will be the death of me.

I'm 61 and I find this to be very enlightening and makes perfect sense. I do several of these things already so I feel I'm on the right track. I do not have much family and I live alone thus most of my interactions with others is at work. I have found what gives me great comfort and support is having a pet. Having something thats relies on my and shows unlimted love in return brings me great joy. Maybe this could help others in a similar situation.

Impressive content, Signs of Joy. Looking forward to your next upload from you. I smashed that thumbs up button on your video. Keep up the amazing work! Your insights on the impact of physical activity on mental health in older adults were particularly enlightening. How do you think community programs can further enhance social engagement for seniors facing loneliness?

Wow, that's crazy, when I was in the military I was told to doubletime with every foot step. I mustered out in 1975, I've always walked fast, very fast. My wife gets mad because she can't stay with me. I never thought about living longer but I can thank Uncle Sam for training me to be a soldier. Now I need to get my wife walking faster than me.
