I don't think the buttons were manufactured for elevators. Seems like they push like square US buttons. Also, interesting how the buttons match the external doors.

They look like a Montgomery since its got the innovation fixtures and the Montgomery up/ down indicator on the side on 0:21 and 0:30 but I could be wrong

Cool! This is a fairly regionally rare model, we have a few of these in Pittsburgh. This is actually not AE, this is type "E". AE was only ever made in the white version. There was also a non-illuminating version of type "E".

I’ve heard about Type A or E, but I kind of thought they meant the same thing or something like that. Don’t know much the difference.

@@JimLiElevators This is type "E" because the button is recessed in the panel and clicks more. AE didn't exist till the mid-70s. type "A" is flush with the panel.
