Hey kerby. I've been testing this build recently, can you give it a try and give me an opinion? Unsealed spellbook, magical footwear, triple tonic/ cookie, cosmic insight, nimbus cloak. celerity, attack speed, movespd and tenacity. Item: Cosmic drive, deadman, swifty. wingmoon plate into full tank. Sum: flash ghost, Q max into W max This idea come up when I ran into quinn and gp matchup. Inspiration from your previous cho vid, I've test cosmic drive as first item. Cosmic drive has AP MS hp and haste everything need for cho. AP for early Q max poke, haste for CD faster ult cd and poke, hp to survive lane, MS to reach them with E. Since you're running ghost instead of tp, unseal spellbook solves this problem of catching waves and cosmic insight does reduce its CD I believe. Since you use a lot of spell nimbus gave you crazy potential, pop ghost combine with celerity and you'll catch up to your enemy from a screen away. Celerity is obvious with nimbus and all the MS you get from items and spell. Late game it could give you like a tier 2 boots worth of ms extra when you pop ghost. Cuz you got a lot of ms, appoarch velocity was not need so dont need to max E either. W silience duration is too worth it to max last since they cannot use any spell to escape from you. And they cannot stop you either cause you got tenacity in rune and 50% slow resist from swifty and deadman. This build is much more expensive than the build in the video but you are fast both in combat and out of combat either way and you still got TP. Will be appreciated if you test this and I got on TV :D

Would you recommend this build for beginner/intermediate cho players? Seems like you need some playmaking knowledge to get the most out of the speed.
