Genuinely curious why add the rear mono shock and keep the other 2 shocks? is it to tune out the body roll? from seeing mono shocks installed it is usually so your able to remove both shocks and get more body roll 🧐🤔 Also curious about what a single mono shock would do in the rear, currently setting up my VIP to see how it runs in that configuration

With only a mono shock, the chassis tends to remain tilted after rolling rather than returning to its original position. Also, there is a slight delay in switching.

@superjpug is it set mono shock front and rear by chance? I'm assuming it is based off your other video, Ive been playing with the idea myself and have run into the same issue I was debating on running the 2 regular shocks with extremely soft springs and no oil just to get it recentered when the chassis is at rest, I've seen some setups use rubber bands somehow to keep the chassis centered but I can't quite figure it out based off the low resolution photos 😅 There also a forum that talks about turning the chassis plate into a pendulum and using the weight from the electronics and battery to center it sort of deal, From what I read you need to do a lot of work to the arms and bulkheads for that option
