This is the best video on elbow anatomy. Although this channel seems to be dead, last video was posted 10 years ago, if someone is reading this, can you please create a brief video animation on adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder)? Thank you.

The example right at the beginning, of how the injury can occur, saying "you're falling, and resisting" is not accurate. If YOU are falling (forward, palms away from body, as he mimics), and use your arm to resist falling, it is your triceps that are activated, not biceps...

this was very helpful thank you so much. i'm just diagnosed with frozen left shoulder in phase of acute severe pain with no possibility or abduction or external rotation at all as this is very very painful for me to move it even few millimeters, would you recommend mri in order to find the cause of this? my gp only prescribed anti inflammatory painkillers and a sling.

Thank you so much! I'm making my own robotic hand that will be very similar to a biological hand. I now see that we have two flexor tendons layed under "pullies". I'm going to implement my own tendons with covers between them.

This channels deserve much more subscribers, hope the owner reads me and includes a welcoming invitation to subscribe. Also, I want to add that I find fascinating how the human body resembles a machine with arteries and veins rather than hoses, nerves rather than electrical cables, joints and ligaments rather than flexible junctions, one heart rather than pumps, a brain rather than a CPU. Society rather than wasting their time looking in between their legs, we could be focusing our attention to breaking human limits, like prosthetics already do, pacemakers, and others. We could be “improving our machine”, meaning breaking the limits of our human bodies, like the sixth finger prosthesis experiment that recently took place, rather than wasting time looking in between our legs trying to decide what gender to play for the day.

Do the Hip bone, associated with the Coxis and (at least) the lower Spine vertebra, rotates (in a twisting motion), when one the leg (Femur) swings forward, or backward, in the case of a natural standing position of the Human Body? Or is it just that Femur ball allocated onto the Hip socket, that changes its position? I'm considering more wider range of motion for the leg. And, what happens if both legs, are bent forward, and backward, on the same rate? Do the lower Spine (consequently the Coxis and the Hip I guess) also bends forward and backward respectively? What about the lateral bendings of one leg, and of both legs, in relation to the Hip and the Spine? If anyone has any understanding, please share! I'm making investigation for 3D Character Rigging (for 3D Character Animation)... it looks like this is _way_ more complicated than regular solutions are proposed in that domain. And it's super-interesting of course: the Human Body is fasinating!🤸🏽Thanks! Here is a video on KZbin that may help illustrate the problematics of my questions: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pJK6aahtZ9GCsKsstart=14&end=21 KZbin
