Thank you! I am self taught since 7, only 18 now and for some reason I always held it upside down haha. I already knew how to use one but thought 'well why not' when I saw this but I'm glad to see there is an easier way to not get poked! Also, I'm not sure if you're ok with it, but my uncle had severe parkensins but cannabis (doctor prescribed so he got one specifically for the shaking) really helped him! Also doctor advised 'micro-dosing' shrooms/mushrooms helps greatly and can even delay progression, after all, all life started from fungi, so why not be fixed by it?! He would eat it before bed which would also help him sleep (the cannabis, not the shrooms, he didn't get to try it) Im not sure if you believe, but the son of god also smoked cannabis with his deciples often as per usual for the people in his region, so its not a sin! Despite later being called the devils lettuce, it was more of a one sided bias from a singular person later on that just kind of spread. I do not encourage to use it for fun, but I have chronic illness and doctor prescribed cannabis is the only thing that helps me with my pain (arthritis at 16 and crohns at 14) Medical professional breed certain types that help different things. I get mine for pain, but you can also get it for depression, anxiety, and to help with nerve function, essentially just minimising shaking! Again thank you for the video, I feel a little silly using it wrong all this time, but I hope this bit of advise it a good exchange for fixing my silly mistake <3
