Hi Daisy, How are you doing? I need some urgent Help. The UK System has been "killing me off" every single Day since last Year. I've also lost 12 plus Years of my Life, because the UK System kept me "mentally sick". I'm better now, because I "overcame" the Mental Health Issues last Year. Because of the "many Years" I was sick for though, I "currently struggle" to find a Job where I can show my "Potential". I also can't find a "straightforward" and "ethical" Platform, where I can "ethically" earn from my current Skills. I don't want to think about suicide, but I don't know what to do with myself and my Life anymore. Please help. Kind Regards

I did my nursing degree in England so not sure on the process of doing the degree in Australia. The process of changing my qualifications over takes around 6-9 months before you get approved :)

I'm starting my adult nursing course on the 18th of September and I'm excited for the course in general, but I'm really really scared for placements. Like I'm actually freaking out about my placements. 😱 What if I mess up or what if like, I do something wrong when I'm around a patient? 😭 Just thinking about all of that is freaking me out so much and I'm actually really scared! Like I honestly cannot explain how scared I am. 😭 😭 😭

@@o_o1981 Hey! I’d definitely recommend nursing cos I’m really enjoying it so far. I was terrified before I started, but then I realised I was worried for no reason. 😅 I haven’t started placement yet, but I start on the 17th of January for 6 weeks. I’m nervous cos it’s gonna be a completely different experience, but hopefully it won’t be bad and I’ll have fun. 🤞🏼🤍

How did you get paid ? I’ve never heard any other nursing get paid even when they are final years and have more responsibilities. Are you on a degree apprenticeship?

must be nice having a really nice placement where you're not used as a HCA, my current ward is so busy and so understaffed that there's no choice =( hope I get a really nice placement in the future as well, thanks for the insite!

I've been trained since 2014, however in 2017 I took work that took me away from direct patient care, well recently decided to return to working in a hospital setting with an agency, I would love suggestions of who on KZbin is good to follow that posts content on all things nursing 😀😊
