what if directions say to can at 10 lbs pressure? Fagor doesn't have that setting.

Bro that steak looked suspect

I tried this and it worked really well….just keep your eye on the steak and take it out when it looks and feels ready. I turned it over on the other side. Like a restaurant steak. I have screwed up every steak in the past. I no longer have to pay a lot for a restaurant steak…thanks mate!!’

I don't know if the Fagor halogen oven is available in UK or Europe, however most halogen ovens are similar enough for your cooking instructions to be the same. The problem is that we (and most of the rest of the world) use degrees celcius, so if you could either say or put on screen the celcius equivalent, I'm sure you would get more subscribes from all of us.

i have a halogen cooker which is the same as this and its great , i use it more than my cooker , i like to put chicken cut up normally breasts and peppers and onion and some courgette etc straight into the glass dish cook untill half done then add curry sauce and finish off cooking , so tender and everyone loves it also i use the top rack to cook some vegtable spring rolls to go with the curry while keeping the curry warm the spring rolls cook above in the metal dish , its so eay to use and clean , we have made bolognese the same way and cooked pork joints even a xmas dinner in it 1 time , also use the top rack with the dish to cook cheese on toast etc so many things you can do with it heres a few tips i found this couple few yrs bk now with some good idears kzbin.info/www/bejne/aYbOkpd_pNyJjdU

My pressure cooker is not pressuring the small yellow pressure point is not rising

These Duo brand/model are complete junk. I bought 2 of them, 1 for me and one for my daughter. Her's never once would pressurize mine barely worked about 5 times and now it wont hold pressure either. Its not the gasket or lid fitment etc., it's the pressure regulator built into the handle. Cheap ill fitting plastic junk. I tried to play with it and get it to hold then it shot the safety plug out like has happened to so many people here. Had an old presto with the weight regulator and a rubber safety plug and it worked perfect for over 20 years.
