this is a really good tutorial. i tried other tutorials, especially for fl studio, and they were yapping about so much unnecesarry things and they extended it for no reason. here, you just add this, make a simple progression, add other intstruments, and it sounds good. i will try to follow this and maybe i will make music which i will actually be proud of. im subscribing man.

can someone help? you know that part that you click open and it shows the piano? I tried to move it to my second monitor and it disappeared and now it does not show up at all when I double click on the space that's shown here for the keyboard keys to open. Can someone help with this? I'm a super noob and lost :(

The Scale button in the Piano Roll allows you to highlight a specific musical scale, making it easier to compose within a certain key. When you select a scale, only the notes that belong to that scale will be highlighted on the piano roll, visually guiding you so that you can stay within the chosen key while creating your melody or chord progression. Sickkkk. I felt actual pain when you didn't use the beat/bassline editor for the bassline XD, but then I saw you using it later for whatever you used it for. Also, I don't know for sure, but my understanding of drumstep is that it's typically fast-paced, with a melody consisting of short, quick instruments that vary from clicky to high-pitched, my favorite examples of drumstep (or at least what I think is drumstep (killertoy is, it's marked in the video as drumstep,)) are KillerToy (from the album U.U.F.O.) and [BLEED BLOOD] (from the album Blackmagik Blazing), both are by Camellia.

In piano roll while in draw-mode one can actually Hold CTRL-LeftMouseClick to enter a quick-select-mode and immediately select. And then one can Shift-LeftMouseClick to copy and drag copied selection. Accidentally found this while trying to follow along on previous tutorial. Thanks for the tutorials.
