There’s a certain demographic that are really good at convincing others they are “A” players. They have the fake white veneers, the cool haircut, the upbeat fast and logical responses. But at the end of the day most of them are just really good manipulators.

It's tough. You really need to keep the valuation relatively modest for the PE route to work out. But really, any reasonable M&A route at all.
