28:45 My grocery store did a minute's worth of silence at the one year anniversary of a mass shooting, and I intentionally timed my break so that I could be in the breakroom while that happened, because I knew that I would not be able to deal with the anxiety of customers standing there, waiting for the cashiers to stop their forced minute of silence. (Footnote: As I was leaving the breakroom, I spotted a guy in the cafe area that took his pants off, and I reported him to management before any customer came into contact with him. So I guess me being in the breakroom at that moment really paid off!)
