Just few points gang, Frost fang deals more dmg if you hit it more so its good for mining Volts And you can use the axe and pickaxe if you have different class but for the rod you need fisherman sadly

dev here, might be a little late but the item detector works the same as the material detector it just doesn't display what item its going to detect. also, they both have the same hitbox as a laser, so thats why items with super small hitboxes like keys are kinda wonky with the item detector. if you want to sort keys and other small things i'd recommend putting the detector above the conveyor facing downwards.
