Unfortunately, in Atlanta Metro area for that price you can buy a house that needs to be fully renovated. The rent varies per area, so is its return. In some areas that are with more risk and higher return, I’d recommend to work with the subsidized housing programs to make sure you get the top dollar and monthly payment on time every month. If you can put $100K as a downpayment and take loan for the rest, you’ll be able to get a more solid investment property, in a better area with a lower return and better appreciation 😊

I have a condo in a great location that can be great investment for travel nurses (30+ days AirBnB). It’s price at $210K at this moment.
