If I want to make a long mantilla veil (chapel length), do I just cut an even larger circle of tulle, or do I then have to make it oval?

Thank you! I have been afraid to do this with my late mother's old chapel veils, as well as a chapel cap where the threading fell out on one side of the clip. I always buy sewn-in clips, but my mom's veils are from the 1950s and 60s, and they didn't do that back then, so I am constantly adjusting them during Mass. I have wig clips, and now I feel confident enough to do this now :)

This was a terrible tutorial. How would anyone realistically follow along.

This is why the dress had the space at the bottom where she added the flowers 😮 the corset is not done correctly and the panel keeps the lace flat so it doesn’t roll
