The lotions that tend to weigh the hair down have castor oil in them. Castor oil can weigh the hair down.

Yes yes yes deary it is amazing and the light is very effective at detangling especially matted relaxed or natural hair. I'm now going to explore more of their products because I've gained over 3 inches new growth in 6 weeks because of it. Your hair is growing nicely, i just offer observation to trim your ends to maintain the thickness so it doesn't throw n out as it grows longer ❤

Thanks. There seems to be so much obsession with trimming ends and undue perceptions on how a black woman's hair should be. I don't like blunt cuts and don't care for even ends either. Tapered ends are my style, and my hair still maintains its thickness and length. So if my ends seem thin to you, that's fine because that's exactly how I like my hair and it's still healthy.❤️

Would you use the pink luster on top of other moisturizer? As a sealant?

No, I personally wouldn’t use pink oil as a sealant, I’d rather use it on its own. It’s all down to personal preference, but for me this particular product is too greasy to be mixed with other products.

Great video. My favorite is Dax Super Lanolin. It has water as the 3rd ingredient so I do consider it a light moisturizer and I use it on dry hair. It conditions my hair so nicely. I just ordered the BB Pine Tar one for my scalp.
