As far as I’ve heard they definitley prefer lows and might actually slightly suffer in the high end but if you want lows these things are monsters. Although this is only what I’ve heard and I plan on getting one myself soon to try em out

I was doing that setup on stock alternator and a odyssey agm in the trunk I was still dropping voltage in the 10's so that's why I went with c max lithium now I charge at 15.3 and the lowest it drops is 14.9

@Mark Tolosa can't tell because the avatars I have can only wired to 1 ohm while the vfx can wired to. 5 but I haven't even received it yet from FedEx but the vfx should be louder due to it being able to wired lower...

I have 2 of these @.5 on a Synergy WFO 3.1D and they f#ckin jam! Amp is putting out 4,600+ watts and they will take it all day. If you are looking into purchasing, don't waste your time on a 2k because they will laugh at it.

@@marktolosa428 i hate my sundown sfb3000 ,,gain and bass boost need to be set flat horizontally at 3 o clock position both in order for it to sound louder than my old amazon top strong gear 1500w amp something has to be wrong with my sfb amp the shit doesnt make sense i should be louder than my old amp with gain only set just a bit over halfway and that is not the case i feel like the amp is barely any louder almost maxed out on bass boost and gain

Hey man I have a question since u seem to know a lot about subs...right now I Have a chance to buy either two sundown SA12s in a q bomb box or two Rockford fosgate 15s P3s in a Q bomb box...I have a skar rp1500 watt amp to use...any suggestions? Both are asking $350-$400 for the entire setup

EVL is an spl subwoofer.. it’s not made to be musical. It’s a sledgehammer.. the vxf line is made to go hard and have better musical qualities. The zvxv2 are made to go hard and be more musical as well. All depends on your use as to what line you use.
