I tried, but the issue is still appearing. I can't see the Remote ID serial number. By the way, the aircraft already says version 01.00.0797, and the Remote controller says version 01.00.0770. :( TIA for your help.

Hello, thank you for watching our video, subscribing and commenting! Sorry to hear you are still having issues with your Remote ID number not showing. If you followed all the steps in the video, to include making sure the DJI GO 4 app is updated to the correct version, then I would double check to make sure you are looking in the correct area (scroll down to "Remote ID SN" under the "About" section). If this still does not resolve your issue, I would recommend that you turn the app, remote, drone, etc. on *outside* and wait about one minute to make sure it connects with several GPS satellites and check the two areas listed in the video (that Remote ID functionality is normal under the "aircraft status" and then "overall status" and that you are looking at the Remote ID number in the about section). Good luck and feel free to write us back and let us know if you are able to view your Remote ID number now!

Just remember to slow down on roads you're not familiar with, otherwise you have just become a Statistic and you can enjoy your vacation in the local Hospital... I'm not trying to be mean. I live in this area and I have almost been involved in auto accidents because of the motorcycle riders not wanting to be behind my truck and trailer of lawn equipment. They pass on any stretch long enough to not have a car coming in the opposite direction. But there's also the Car Clubs that comes through and recently I saw a group of 25-30 souped up Mustangs going through and I am sure they had fun with the curves and shifting gears. Hopefully, Everyone will be patient, kind, respectful and aware of the area to be better prepared for the Ultimate Driving Experience. Expect the unexpected on this Road.

Beautiful country roads out there, but yes, very scary when people are flying past you over a double yellow line in a 20 mph zone with a blind hill and curve approaching! Luckily everyone made it out safe!

Thank u for the video I have a 22 RTL and need the battery replaced due to a VSS fault popping up. I have lights and a tender on my bike. So would wonder how to reconnect all that stuff. The dealer put my lights n tender on. Put the cost of them replacing the battery is a lot in my opinion. So thank you once again.

Hello, I am not sure since I have never used the Smart Controller. I think the two keys are to either make sure you are logged into the DJI GO 4 app or use the DJI Assistant 2 app to link directly to the drone with a USB cable to update the aircraft firmware. @@ryangie Worked like a charm. I had to take it out of the office and let it hit satellites in the yard and then the Remore ID appeared. When I went to FAA's Drone Zone the Remore ID was already in the records when I got there. (Using a smart controller)
