that's the daum fancafe, though they don't use that anymore. they now use weverse + bubble :)

Lmao when I watch their livestream one of the first things I noticed was how their humour are definitely not gen Z, same with their oldskool karaoke song choices. I immediately goes "ahh so their birthday are not real as well" 😂 I mean, that make sense. They are working as vtuber/virtual idol using avatar so their whole profile are created for the avatars.

Same!! I remember listening to their debut and thinking "pretty voices and a pretty song, but I don't know if I want to follow them yet...", and Bamby also convinced me 😆 he's way too adorable

I really admire PLAVE so much. They're so talented, and with this, they can still maintain their privacy while enjoying and sharing their talents. It's really smart. With the amount of judgment on K-pop idols these days, they don't have to worry about it, and people can focus on their talents instead. They're just a group of best friends just enjoying themselves. 🫶🏼

They’re very charming! I’m familiar with vtubing as I watch streamers. Some streamers exclusively use vtuber models and so protect their privacy, others have models they use occasionally, for when they just don’t want to be on cam. I wonder if something like this might become prevalent in kpop? Like some virtual-only idols, and some doing both. No one knows the future. Either way these guys are definitely pioneers, as far as I know they’re the first idols that use mocap? The models are very aesthetic, the lighting and coloring look pretty! And it’s great that they are good at singing and dancing too

These dudes might be the only KPop people I ever get into. I get the sense that they’re allowed to be more authentic and free since they’re behind avatars and thus are anonymous. The exploitative and harsh KPop industry has scared me away from everything else. Also dang, all of them can sing! I really can’t say the same for other performers but I don’t wanna start problems 😂

plave isnt new to me as ive seen their funny moments/clips before but it's so nice to know more about them. i love that they were already friends way before they formed the group. that's honestly so cute. i hope they last long and be friends until the end. they seem so fun whenever they're w each other ❤ and ofc i hope they become more famous.

yes, they can only use a screen for a concert so far but their performances are 100% live! :) you can watch some of the concert clips on KZbin I believe, some fans made a concert vlog!

@@mattsinlinnea they also had cameras that were filming the fans real time so that the members can also see their fans during the concert! i'm guessing that plave were behind the screen or in a separate room during their concert
