Doc missing the point entirely; it's the relationship with the period being demonstrated to be responding to, not the scientific description of the symptoms of the woman's perceptual feeling experience (insert eye roll, lol) which is what causes the symptoms of prolonged period stays, etc. Bring back the red tents!

I had the worst periods ever as a kid! Extreme 12 out of 10! Horrible! Cried and cried 😢

I'm 43 now I had my first period when I was 12 and a half and they've never been super regular like back when I was a kid they'd be anywhere from 6 months to 3 months in between and they'd be like a week-long and so I never knew when it was coming as an adult I eventually got on birth control because my periods never evened out and I got scared one year when I was bleeding all through April but because it was spiking my blood pressure I had to get off of it and now I have periods roughly every month not necessarily exactly but fairly regularly but back in the day it could be anywhere from I wouldn't have one at all that month to I might have two to one just might not go away and it just was scary but absolutely the hormones make you cry over the tiniest thing and the pain I don't really like taking pain pills if I can use a topical but you can't use a topical on the internal pain

Can laparoscopy surgery for endometriosis (diagnostic) show adenomyosis? I've been told I have a "bulky" uterus. The ultrasound did not reveal endometriosis but I do get the symptoms. I also had an endometrioma removed from my belly button.

I have endometriosis. I had pain that looked like 'number 10' yesterday. I use the TENS every day to deal with extreme pain. It wasn't even working anymore. I haven't been able to work for years. I am looking to get everything removed at this point.

I never had those major not so mormal pain issues. But I still feel for those that did. I did have life threatening problems with pregnancy thou. 2 times. I had no major issues with my change either. My sisters had all the major abnormal issues , but no problem with pregnancy.

I've been on birth control for over 10 years and had no issues or bleeding at all. Dec 2023, i started bleeding randomly & very irregularly - actually still happening! I'm a wheelchair user with a neurological disability and am unable to manage with hygiene and pads 😭 I have Hidradenitis Supprativa too which affects my hormones when i have a cyst flare up in my inner thigh, unable to take a certain pill as it worsens symptons but then the other pill can cause blood clots 👿Had scans/pill changes/told i have PCOS as have other symptons but not ovarian cysts...been left to deal with it on my own now though?! Finally have an app next month after a 14 month wait in contstant frustration and hormonal imbalance! My most irregular recent bleed started just after Christmas with 7 days...2 days of nothing...5 days of 'end of period spotting' and now started again. I'm tired, exhausted all the time, my family often comment as i get grumpy a lot and i've had enough! Sorry for the rant, i feel i've been fighting a losing battle ~

Yasmin is VERY FAMOUS for giving women blood clots. I personally know two women who almost died because of it and they had to be hospitalized in a hurry. Both taking Yasmin, a quick Google will show this happens worldwide.... Very dangerous advice.

I had sacrospinous fixation surgery 8 months ago with posterior and anterior repair using skin grafts due to having previous prolapse repair 10 years prior. Unfortunately the anterior graft has failed and I have a very uncomfortable prolapse again. I was a very active person and now feel physically handicapped due to the degree of discomfort and the limitations it places on my daily activities. Working up courage to go back for the sacrocolpopexy surgery done robotically. Feel this is my last chance to gets some normality back to my life. Fingers crossed.

I didn't use pain medication, just what they gave me in the hospital. Sure I was sore but by day 3 I was driving and doing regular stuff. I think my body's pain tells me what not to do.

I had my first endometriosis surgery 2 years ago. Yesterday I went in for my second surgery with hopes of getting a hysterectomy due to pain and countless doctors visits including over a decade of fertility "specialist". I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis, closed up and referred to a tertiary hospital. I can't get my consult until April 30th. With black stools, diarrhea and frequent urination and chronic abdominal pain. I still have to wait 15weeks for a consult.
