Awww! I love border collies, never actually owned one (I've had shelties though!) but I have friends who do. Such smart dogs, so loving too.

Is there a reason why people don't help newborn animals stand? I've seen that so many times I think there is a reason.

+Barry Sabahat They have to learn how to stand up themselves and walk. They are prey animals by nature and most prey animals need to have their babies standing up and walking as soon as possible just in case a predator comes nearby. Plus, they need to walk and stand on their own just like how our babies learn to walk and stand up by themselves.

They doesn't need to learn anything..all they need is eat and sleep....as soon as they reach their target weight...we kill them and consume them as food..

It's instinct, it's how all animals in the wild learn to walk without any humans around to help them

I agree they jumped too fast into the C-section. There's always risks with surgery and honestly I think they didn't give the mom enough time at all. They just jumped her right into a c-section

Waiting only 6 hours is really not enough time at all. That's way to risky to just jump and leave the house. Dogs can be in labor for days and everything comes out okay. I think that woman isn't really educated
