where to buy films and where to get them developed? I used to develop my films but that was when I was a teen many decades ago!

My D3200 sat on the shelf for 10 years....until I watched this person show the right settings for good pictures. It works! My other camera is a TZ70...takes excellent pictures ..set it to AI ...takes excellent pictures every time....not into turtle vision... Good job explaining how to set up the d3200.!

I recently found my mom‘s old camera. My son wants to use it. We bought new batteries for it. The display screen came on. It allowed him to change the date and time and then it froze. I have the button in on, but the display screen is not showing, I’m not sure if you can help me out

Great video, lots of useful tips here. One question: Im trying to take some dark photos of wargaming miniatures with an low-light led lamp overhead, but the highlights are way to washed out. What settings would I need to change to tone down said highlights? I think its overexposed, but Ive set my ISO to 800 so a bit confused ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@PinkhatPhotographyАй бұрын
I'd either raise my shutter speed, lower my iso or fix it in post personally

I had to search my house but found it. I knew I had a D40 somewhere. The D40 looks funny when I compare it with my D4. So tiny. Well I put a 18-70mm on it and lets see how it holds up. Battery is charging right now.

THANK YOU!!! You have confirmed what I have been suspecting since just (finally!) getting a Jollylook cardboard... Too bad it took me 2+ cartridges of monochrome and a couple hours tinkering to figure out what the point of failure was... At least now I know I'm not crazy, and am reassured the camera will work fine without the "curtain". At least it's inspired me to start designing my own bellows camera using a spare Jollylook developer unit I picked up too. Frustrating, but a lot of fun!

I was in John Lewis is Oxford Street in December 2012 looking a for a Sony Digital Cam to take on a Euro trip. The clearly inebriated Zimbabwean attendant convinced me not to get an easy point and shoot, but the most analogue DSLR avaliable. It was more expensive, but came with 2 extra lenses and a carry bag, as well as a significant cashback from Nikon. I only really use it in auto or child mode, and it's been great. My children are now learning to use it.
