44:09 - I disagree with this, to an extent. I absolutely agree you should level up your world level ASAP, however you should decide whether it's viable or beneficial in the short term to do so. If you have the option to raise your world level but fights are still taking a bit longer, your account is probably not in a good place to keep up with the encounters. If you've been unlucky or ignoring artifacts I would highly suggest not raising to the higher levels until you are in a comfortable position on that front, because extended overworld fights over time can feel like a slog and make the game less enjoyable. I wouldn't necessarily suggest maxed out artifacts for WL8+, but definitely +16 with an ideal main stat for the Circlet/Goblet/Sands and making sure weapons and Talents are kept up to date because they too all contribute. I tend to keep and make do with terrible artifacts as long as the main stat is ideal - I even use Attack% goblets in place of Elemental ones in some cases simply due to their rarity. The sub stats can be improved upon later. I also don't think you should be prioritising DPS characters unless those are all you have - a good Support, especially a buffing or res-shredding one, is key for achieving much of a team's damage. DPS or even Sub-DPS should be next priority, but not top priority; a bad DPS can still fall back on their Supports for buffs, longevity, and Reactions, and still be reasonably effective, but a well-built DPS will only be so effective with poorly built Supports, especially as DPSes tend to be glass cannons. Supports also have the tendency to be flexible and used in a variety of teams.

You guys seem chill but why are you so brutal about her ratios like kinnich and neuvi dont need crazy high cr, i feel like you're undercreditting her. Saying that neuvis n kins cr is low even tho they're well over 50% with the set. It doesnt matter what it looks like on paper, if the set makes up for the cr, then id say its a good ratio. Over capping crit does nothing so why suggest swapping the cd for cr crown. Idk, i dont mean to hate but i feel like you're way to harsh.

Some 4* have fundamental flaws in their kit so they can't be good in the role they are supposed to be used. And some of them can't be good at all. The example of a bad but (somehow) usable kit is Noelle, the example of a bad _and_ nearly useless kit is Mika.
