There was a petrified forest park, but so many took rocks, they took all of them and had to close that park!

Yes there are big power plants out there near a large coal seam. The natives have always objected and they are closing them down.

The temperature seems to be working well to keep the crowds away. 😊

The Dead Sea is lower I think. Last winter you could boat there in 4 inches of water from massive rain storms.

There is water in the park . . . If you know where to find it. The area got its name from people that almost starved there.

Most of the northern part of the park has only dirt roads. One can get very far from civilization there.

You can have your hurricanes. We had a M4 earthquake last night. Some things wiggle as it was 10 miles away.

Heading there in 6 days. Been staying at Echo Lodge for 39 years! Beautiful place. Every now and then you will find a donkey carcass at the bottom of the cliff.

Whitest place I’ve ever been. It’s whiter than a Klan rally that’s why people love it.
