What a bizarre way of cleaning fiddleheads. For God's sake take them home and clean them properly. You cant clean 24 lbs crammed in a bucket. And is that river water clean??? Drinkable? I doubt it. And fiddleheads are toxic if not cleaned and cooked properly. SHEESH!

I wish I had the money to go to New Brunswick. I was born there. We moved to Germany when I was 6 weeks old. Oh how I wish I was able to go for a month, to explore the place I was born!!❤❤❤
